This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your Beats Cracker Website-as-a-Service subscription.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Billing section, or by contacting our support team. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.
What happens after you cancel
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, and no further renewal charges are made after that. Your website and services continue until the period ends.
Auto-renewal
If auto-renewal is enabled on your subscription, cancelling turns off future automatic charges. You continue to have access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds on cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current period. Any refund requests are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
