Our service
Beats Cracker provides fully managed business websites on a subscription basis, which may include website design, hosting, SSL, security, backups, maintenance, content updates, basic SEO and support, according to the plan you choose.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the content, images and materials you submit to us, and confirm you have the rights to use them.
Subscription & billing
Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (for example monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your plan determines the features and monthly allowances (such as content updates and revisions) available to you.
Website delivery
Delivery timelines depend on your plan and begin only after all required content and images have been received from you. Delays in providing content may affect delivery.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to publish content that is illegal, infringing or harmful. We may suspend services for violations of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Beats Cracker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
